6120, Budget Hearing

A public hearing on the budget shall be held not less than seven (7) nor more than fourteen (14) days prior to the annual district election, or as otherwise required by New York State Education Law. The purpose of the budget hearing is to inform the public of the contents of the budget and to provide an explanation and justification for the
decisions the proposed budget reflects.
