All District facilities shall be subject to continuing evaluation for their spatial, thermal, visual, sonic, aesthetic and structural requirements as relates to desired
educational programming. The Superintendent of Schools, in the long-range projections of enrollments and educational programs, shall call the Board’s attention to any deficiencies in said facilities, and make proper recommendations for necessary renovations or additions.
