All 12 NCCSD Fall sports teams qualified for the New York State Scholar Athlete Team Award. This award goes to teams who have 75% of their roster greater than or equal to a 90 GPA.
Describing it as showing “character as well as competitiveness,” Superintendent Joe Corr shared the news during the Board of Education’s Dec. 19 meeting. The teams and their GPA percentages are:
Girls Swimming 97.65%
Girls Golf 96.75%
Girls Tennis 96.75%
Girls Cross Country 95.47%
Field Hockey 95.19%
Boys Cross Country 95.1%
Boys Volleyball 94.63%
Girls Soccer 94.11%
Girls Volleyball 93.57%
BOYS Golf 92.15%
Football 91.04%
Fall Cheer 91.03%
