The annual series of budget committee meetings to develop the NCCSD 2024-25 budget will kick off Tuesday, March 5 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be in the Forts Ferry Auditorium, 95 Forts Ferry Road. The next three meetings in the series will all be hosted at the Shaker Middle School Auditorium. All begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be livestreamed.
The topics that will be addressed during the first meeting are:
- Mission-Focused Budgeting;
- Executive Budget Proposal; and
- Property Tax Cap
- Proposed Capital Project
Tuesday, March 12 : 6:30 p.m. at Shaker Middle School Auditorium.

- Board Formally Adopts the proposed budget
Wednesday, May 8: 6:30 p.m. Shaker Middle School Auditorium
