It shall be the responsibility of the Superintendent of Schools to see that all reasonable precautions are taken to protect the property of the North Colonie Central
Schools against loss or damage by human act or negligence and to establish whatever safeguards and systems of inventory control and periodic inspection are necessary to maintain such security.
