The school Principals and the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds shall, in their annual reports to the Superintendent of Schools, include an evaluation of existing facilities – both from the point of view of physical condition and requirements of the educational program. Said reports shall include recommendations for remedy of any noted deficiencies.
