- Assessment notices for textbooks not returned, or damaged, will be given to students at the conclusion of the course, or at the end of the school year. The assessment for a lost textbook, or one damaged beyond repair, will be the current cost to replace the book.
- The assessment for a damaged textbook will be based on the age of the book and the current cost of rebinding.
- Students are expected to pay all assessments prior to the end of the school year, but in no case later than August 31st.
- Textbooks needed by the student shall be made available in school as needed until the assessment is paid.
