The Board of Education shall establish a schedule of regular meetings for the school year at its annual reorganization meeting. Meetings shall be held at such time and place as designated on the adopted schedule, except as altered by Board action. At least one week’s notice of a change must be given to each Board member.
All other meetings shall be designated special meetings.
All regular Board meetings are open to the public, and all reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that meeting facilities shall provide access to persons with disabilities.
Public notice of regular meetings shall be given as soon as practicable, but in no case less than 72 hours prior to such meeting.
Appropriate minutes shall be kept by the District Clerk.
