The property of the North Colonie Central School District is closed to all members of the general public between the hours of sunset to sunrise.
Only school district employees on business, persons attending an official school function, and others with written permission from an administrator may be on any school property between those hours.
Violators may be subject to prosecution pursuant to the New York State Penal Law.
