North Colonie Central School District is committed to ensuring that every student is seen, supported, and set up for success academically, socially, and emotionally. The Together for Every Learner Plan is our three-year plan for making that commitment real. It connects our work across communication, student support systems, technology, and pathways into one clear, shared direction for the next three years, from 2026-27 through 2028-29.

This plan was built with community at its center. Students, families, staff, and community members contributed their voices throughout this school year, and that input directly shaped what you'll find in these pages. 

We are proud of what we've built together and excited to share it. We're also committed to getting it right. Before the plan is finalized, we want to hear from you.
