🏫 BACK TO SCHOOL 🏫

The first day of school for all K through 12 students is Monday, September 12.

SCHOOL DAY SCHEDULES

All of our elementary schools are shifting to the same schedule, with the elementary school day running from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The middle school schedule will shift from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the high school schedule will be from 7:10 a.m. to 2:06 p.m.

To find the school supply lists, go to northcolonie.org and click on your student’s school under “Our Schools.”

WHAT YOU CAN FIND IN THE PARENT PORTAL

Now is the perfect time to review and update your contact information through the Campus Parent Portal. Learn more about the Campus Parent Portal here.

Here’s some helpful information you can find in the Parent Portal.

  • Elementary homeroom placement letters (in the Backpack). Parents can find the Backpack by logging in to the Portal, then selecting more in the left column and then clicking on the Backpack. 
  • Shaker Middle School student schedules. 
  • Shaker High School student schedules.
  • Transportation schedules.
  • Your student’s ID # (click the “Today” tab).

          APPLICATION FOR FREE AND REDUCED MEALS 2022-23

          Please check your postal mailboxes for the return of the Free and Reduced Meals Application. This mailing also includes information about the pricing for meals and the new payment system. Please read the web story about important updates for school meals by clicking here.

          2022-23 DISTRICT CALENDAR

          Each North Colonie family will receive a copy of our printed calendar. This year’s calendar theme is “We are the Future” and each month highlights various aspects of what makes North Colonie special.

          🎉 WEEKLY BOOST 🎉

          SUMMER GRADS RECEIVE DIPLOMAS

          Donning caps and gowns, and with family and friends watching with excitement, four additional Shaker High School Class of 2022 graduates received their diplomas late last month during a ceremony held in the Shaker High School Auditorium. Read more about our summer grads here.
