A former high school social studies teacher and English teacher, Mr. Jim Wager joined the North Colonie school community in fall 2021. He most recently served as assistant superintendent in the Gloversville Enlarged School District.
Earlier in his career, he served as a director of secondary curriculum, high school instructional coordinator and as an elementary school principal. He also taught social studies.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Cortland, a master’s degree from Virginia Tech and a Certificate of Advanced Study from the College of Saint Rose. He is pursuing his doctorate degree from the University at Albany.
