Dr. Casey Parker Takes Over Helm of Forts Ferry Elementary

New North Colonie Principal Dr. Casey Parker has been working throughout the summer, and is eagerly awaiting the arrival of Forts Ferry students and staff.

“There is nothing more important in this world than family. This holds true whether that family is the one you live with, or the one you work with,” Dr. Parker said. “I am looking forward to becoming a member of the Forts Ferry family, and of the larger North Colonie Community!”

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Dr. Parker first came to the Capital Region as an undergraduate at the University at Albany where he earned a bachelor’s of arts degree in history.
