In our continued efforts to provide a safe and secure environment for all to enjoy our home Varsity Football games, we would like to remind you of the following updates to our procedures. Please review these changes carefully:
Ticket Sales:
General admission tickets will be available starting Wednesday 9/3/25 at 12pm through GoFan ticket link
Sales will be capped at 2,500 tickets.
Gates will close and no entry on to campus will be permitted after 7:30 pm.
FOR THOSE UNABLE TO ATTEND, THIS GAME WILL BE LIVE STREAMED ON HUDL FAN.
Student Entry:
Students in grades 9-12 from Shaker High School and the opposing team’s high school must present their student ID at the vehicle checkpoints AND designated student entrances (see map).
Students in 8th grade and below must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Each parent/guardian cannot be responsible for more than one student outside of their immediate family.
Parents/Guardians accompanying students must be present for the duration of their child’s attendance at the game.
Students from other school districts (other than Shaker or that evening's opponent school) will NOT be permitted to enter the event and will be instructed to exit campus immediately.
Students from schools other than Shaker or the opposing school arriving via rideshare (Uber, Lyft) will be instructed to leave campus and need to secure transportation off campus immediately.
Backpacks:
No backpacks will be permitted upon entry.
Athletic Equipment:
All athletic equipment, balls, lacrosse sticks, football, etc. are prohibited.
Re-entry:
There will be no re-entry allowed. If you leave during the game, you will not be allowed to return.
After the Game:
All students waiting for ride pick-up must gather at one of the following locations and be picked up by 9:30 pm (see below):
The drop-off circle in front of Shaker High School.
The area in front of the main entrance of Shaker Middle School.
No Tailgating:
There will be absolutely no tailgating allowed on school property.
Parking spaces are reserved for vehicles only. Please do not set up chairs in parking spaces or anywhere in the parking lots.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited on school grounds.
Per North Colonie Central School District Policy (5312.1-R, 5312.22-R) - The sale or Distribution of Dangerous Drugs, Drug Paraphernalia, or Alcoholic Beverages on School Property or in School-sponsored activities is prohibited.
