Student artwork featured in virtual Empire State Plaza Art Collection Student Art Exhibit

The North Colonie art department is thrilled to celebrate 14 students whose artwork is displayed in an online gallery representing this year’s ESP K-8 Student Exhibit! This annual exhibition opportunity helps our region celebrate National Youth Art Month. Students’ artwork is directly inspired by one or more of the modern art master works in the Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller Empire State Plaza Art Collection.

The 2021 Virtual ESP Student Art Exhibition K-8 is now live and open to viewing for the entire month of March.

The following students have their artwork displayed in the online gallery:

  • From Shaker Middle School: Clare Cunningham, Azan Khan, Catie Lanahan, Rowan Wissenbach, and Landon Langley
  • From this year’s remote elementary program: Madeline Foster, Heather Xia, and Ashton Arcilla
  • From Latham Ridge Elementary: Giselle Boehmer
  • From Southgate Elementary: Charlotte Morrell, Kayleigh Liberty, Davin LaRose, Grace Lawyer, and Shawn Chen

The following teachers submitted their student work: Laura Duffy, Anne Manzella, Shannon Smith, Mary Beth Aldous and Jennifer Youmans.

Congratulations!
