Instant Admit Day – Wednesday, Nov.13, 2019

Once again, Hudson Valley Community College and Schenectady County Community College will be hosting an Instant Admit Day for current seniors on Wednesday, Nov.13 in the SHS Counseling Center. Students have the opportunity to meet with an admissions representative and receive a decision on the spot – and the application fee is waived!

To participate, seniors must complete an admission application ahead of time, print out a confirmation page, and then turn that in to the SHS Counseling office. Students will then be scheduled for an interview on Wednesday, Nov. 13. They will receive notification of their interview appointment time via their NCCS email.

Students may apply to both community colleges if they wish. Links for the applications and instructions are available on the right side of this page, as well as the Naviance home page. Instructions and applications are also available in the SHS Counseling office. Seniors should plan to apply by Monday, Nov. 4 to participate in Instant Admit Day.
