As we come to the end of November, we are starting to plan for the second semester, which begins on Monday, February 1, 2021. Specifically, we need to hear from families who wish to change their child’s remote or in-person placement for the second semester.
**Please note: If you wish to keep your child in their current learning environment, you do not need to complete the form or do anything.**
If you DO wish to change your child’s placement, you will need to complete this Google form and submit it by 5 p.m. on Friday, December 4. If you are changing the status of multiple children, you will need to fill out one form per child.
