North Colonie Schools ranked third in Albany area by Albany Business Review

The Albany Business Review has named North Colonie Central Schools as the third-ranked district in the Albany area, according to its 2018 rankings. That ranking is one spot higher than 2017’s #4 place.

According to the Albany Business Review, districts are ranked by five categories:

• language and reading;
• social studies;
• science;
• math;
• a category that measures graduation rates and outcomes by calculating the percentage of graduates who plan to attend college and the percentage of students who graduated with advanced Regents diplomas.

Overall, North Colonie Central Schools achieved a score of 97.72 out of 100.
