North Colonie CSD Expanding its COVID-19 Testing Clinic to 7 Days a Week

Starting on Sat., Dec. 4, North Colonie CSD’s COVID-19 Testing Clinic, located at 91 Fiddler’s Lane in Latham, will be open on the weekends from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

As we are heading into cold and flu season, it is likely that your child(ren) will present with one or more COVID-like symptoms in the future (i.e. cough, runny nose, etc.).

The free diagnostic COVID testing for symptomatic students and staff.

Appointments

To participate in the FREE testing program, parents must first register on the Quadrant website and then create a student profile. (Note: parents can register multiple student profiles under a single account).

*When registering your child under “Organization” select your child’s school building (for example Blue Creek or Shaker Middle School) and DO NOT select “North Colonie CSD.”*

Once registered and student profile is created, parents can contact the District for an appointment.

During the week (if you need a weekend appointment) call:

• NC Testing Site: 518-785-8591 ext. 3170 (weekdays, during 12:30 to 5 p.m.)

During the weekend, call the clinic directly at 518-785-8591 ext. 3170 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Holiday Break Week

The clinic will be open:

Wednesday 12/29 1 to 5 p.m.
Thursday 12/30 1 to 5 p.m.
Sunday 1/2/22 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
