NCCSD closing 3 hours early Tuesday, Feb. 12

Due to the anticipated winter storm, schools in the North Colonie Central School District will be closing three hours early on Tuesday, February 12th. All after school and evening activities are cancelled.

Dismissal Times

  • Shaker High School and Shaker Junior High School will dismiss at 11:15 a.m.
  • Early Elementary Schools (Blue Creek, Boght Hills, Southgate) will dismiss at 11:45 a.m.
  • Late Elementary Schools (Forts Ferry, Latham Ridge, Loudonville) will dismiss at 12:15 p.m.

Continuing Education

Continuing Education In-Person Registration is rescheduled for Thursday, February 14 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Shaker High School

All-District Chorus Rehearsal

The Elementary All-District Chorus rehearsal has been rescheduled to Thursday, February 14 3:30-5:30 p.m. at Shaker High School

NC SEPTA

Due to school closing early, the SEPTA meeting is cancelled and topic will be presented on March 12.

CYC

There will be no CYC on Tuesday afternoon. Students will be dismissed with their schools. Students who are not picked up at school will be transported home on the bus.
