Madison VanDenburg shows “How Far She’ll Go”; advances to Top 8 on “American Idol”
Another week, another stellar song from Shaker High School’s own Madison VanDenburg. The junior belted “How Far I’ll Go” from Moana on Disney Week, and America said, “to the Top 8.” Madison didn’t even have to endure that much drama as her name was called second by host Ryan Seacrest.
The Top 8 are back at it next week in another live two-hour show that will feature both performances and results as the Top 8 are whittled to the Top 6. “American Idol” airs at 8:00 p.m. on ABC.
