June 22: Vaccination Clinic for 2nd Dose and Walk-ins Welcome

| June 21, 2021

A Vaccination clinic will be held at Shaker Jr. High School on Watervliet Shaker Road on Tuesday, June 22 from 4:30-7:30 p.m. Vaccines are free, appointments are open for those 12 and up, and walk-ins are welcome.

This clinic was scheduled to administer the second round for students as young as 12 who received the first dose of the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine on June 1.

Students getting the second dose, should have received an email reminder about their scheduled appointment. In that email, there will be another consent form. Please fill that out and bring it to your appointment.

  • Ages 12-15 need a consent form and parent or guardian to accompany them.
  • Ages 16-17 need a consent form and parent or guardian to at least be available by phone.
  • Ages 18 and older will have the opportunity to receive the one dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

There is an opportunity for students to get the first dose of the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine at this clinic, just keep in mind the second dose will possibly be at a different location.
