Graffiti incident outside Shaker High School

On May 20 at 11:00 p.m. two people used chalk to graffiti the outside of Shaker High School, specifically near the music wing of the building. Based on school surveillance videos, it appears to be two teenage boys who committed the act. The messages were not specific in nature, nor were they threatening to any individual or group. However, incidents like this one are always taken seriously. The Colonie Police Department was called and is working with high school administrators to investigate. If anyone has any information about the graffiti, please see Principal Murphy, Principal Spofford, or Principal Fox and the information will be kept in confidence.
