Eighth Grade Awards Program
Shaker JHS will hold an 8th Grade Awards Program at 6:30 PM on Thursday, June 7. The program is for those 8th graders who will be receiving a recognition and will be held in the Shaker High School auditorium.
Parents of those 8th graders receiving awards will be notified of the recognition by mail. Due to limited seating, each award recipient is invited to attend along with two (only 2) family members or other adults. Students receiving awards will be given three tickets for entrance to the awards program; these tickets will be included in the letter of notification/invitation. The tickets will need to be shown at the door of the event. Students must be accompanied by an adult to be admitted to the program.
The program is intended to provide appropriate recognition for each award recipient as all students being recognized will be brought to the front of the auditorium to receive a certificate.
Eighth Grade Class Trip
Shaker JHS will hold an 8th grade class trip to the Great Escape on Friday, June 8. Plans are well underway…now we’re just hoping for good weather!
