North Colonie Central School District presents More than Sad: Parents & Schools Working Together to Prevent Suicide. This event will take place on March 14, 2019 in the Shaker Junior High School Library from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. Please take a look at the Facebook event for more information.

More than Sad: Parents & Schools Working Together to Prevent Suicide is a parent program designed to:

  • Help parents recognize signs of depression & other mental health problems.
  • Assist parents in talking about mental health issues with their child.
  • Access support & resources.
