COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for 16+ at TU Center on April 22
Dear North Colonie community,
If you or anyone you know who is 16 years or older is looking for a vaccination appointment, please share the following information from Albany County.
The Albany County Department of Health will administer the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine this Thursday, April 22 from 2pm to 7pm at the Times Union Center at 51 South Pearl Street.
- This POD will be eligible for anyone 16+ years old.
- Individuals under 18 years of age, will be required to sign and complete this parental consent form which can also be found on the Albany County COVID-19 page.
The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is a two-part vaccine. Individuals receiving the vaccine on April 22, 2021 will be required to return on May 13, 2021 to receive the 2nd dose at the same location and time. If you are not able to return on May 13, 2021, please do not register to receive the vaccine at this time. There will be more opportunities in the near future.
