Pre-Prom Assemblies, May 15

Seniors, period 3

Academic Awards, May 17

Senior Academic Awards will be presented on Thursday, May 17 at 7:00 p.m. Seniors will assemble at 6:40 in the LaFollette Dining Room. Clothing should be appropriate for the occasion. NO JEANS, SHORTS, HATS, OR SNEAKERS. Seniors will receive yearbooks at the conclusion of the program.

Yearbooks, May 17

Yearbooks will be handed out at the conclusion of the Academic Awards Ceremony on May 17.

Senior Class Picnic, May 18

The Senior Picnic is Friday, May 18 at the Saratoga State Park (Columbia Pavilion). Northway Exit 13N, 1-1/2 miles on Route 9N. Turn left at light to Saratoga Park and follow signs to Columbia Pavilion. Seniors do not report to school; instead they should meet at the picnic at 10:00 a.m.

Senior Prom, May 18

The Senior Prom will be held on Friday, May 18 7:00-11:00 p.m. at the Saratoga City Center. Students must arrive no later than 8:00 p.m. For information and directions please visit the City Center website. Students must stay until after Prom Court at 10:15 p.m.

Caps & Gowns, June 7 & 8

Distribution of caps & gowns will take place on Thursday, June 7 and Friday, June 8. If you have not yet ordered one, please contact Marlene Wilson (Herff Jones) at 518-347-0901.

Last Day of Classes, June 8

• Exams, June 1-June 21
• In-Class exams: June 1 – June 8
• School & Regents exams: June 11 – 21

Graduation Rehearsal, June 22

There is a MANDATORY graduation rehearsal on Friday, June 22 from 1:00 – 3:30 p.m. at the University at Albany SEFCU Arena. Caps and gowns are not needed for rehearsal. AS PER BOARD OF EDUCATION POLICY, ALL GRADUATING SENIORS MUST ATTEND IF THEY PLAN TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMMENCEMENT PROGRAM. Arrange work or appointments for after 3:30 p.m. Seniors may not leave rehearsal early. Please park in the SEFCU Arena parking lot.

Commencement Ceremony, June 23

The Commencement Ceremony is on Saturday, June 23 at 10:00 a.m. at the University at Albany SEFCU Arena. Graduating Seniors should arrive no later than 9:00 a.m. Clothing should be appropriate for the occasion. Please call Mrs. Heidelmark in Taft Hall Office if handicapped seating is needed. 518-785-5511 ext. 3411. A professional photographer will be taking pictures during the commencement ceremony. THERE ARE NO TICKETS. OPEN SEATING!!
