What is the Learning Fair?

The Learning Fair is a place to showcase curiosity as students pursue a particular area of interest and share this learning with others. Students are encouraged to explore topics in Social Studies, Science, Math, Art, Music, Sports, and Language Arts. Students may choose to work on their presentations independently, with classmates, friends or family.

When is the Learning Fair?

The Learning Fair will be held on Wednesday, March 13th from 6-7:15 PM. The Learning Fair projects will be displayed during the school day for Forts Ferry students to enjoy. In the evening, families are invited to come and enjoy the displays.

Who can be in the fair?

Any Forts Ferry student or groups of students in grades K-6. Online registration is due on February 27. The link can be found below.

How do I get started?

It’s easy to begin; simply be curious! Talk with your friends or family members about your interests and wonderings. Think of a question that you would like to explore, such as: “How have trains changed over the years?” or “What makes a rainbow?” or “What is the history of baseball?” or “How do you play the guitar?” Allow your curiosity to lead you down new paths of thinking!

• Entry Form and Proposal due: February 27
