Kindergarten Supply List
The following is a list of supplies your child will need for Kindergarten. Please only label those supplies where indicated. Many supplies are shared within our classroom community.
- 2 composition notebooks to be used as a journal (labeled with first and last name)
- 2 boxes of tissues
- 2 Sharpened #2 Pencils (12 ct)
- 2 (24) count Crayons
- 4 Large Glue Sticks
- 1 Container Baby Wipes, Fragrance and Alcohol Free (80 count or larger)
- 2 Erasers (Mrs. Burchett and Mrs. Taylor)
- 2 Highlighters
- 1 Box of Markers 8 or 10 count (Mrs. Taylor)
- 1 Box of colored pencils (Mrs. Connors and Mrs. Burchett)
- 2 Dry Erase Markers
- 1 Box of Ziploc bags (quart or gallon)
- 1 Non-rolling backpack (big enough to fit a full size folder)
- A change of clothes in a plastic bag (labeled with first and last name)
- 1 4×6 picture of your child (labeled on back with first and last name)
- 1 Smock for Art (a large old t-shirt works great, labeled with first and last name)
- 1 Hard Supply Box labeled with name (to hold their pencils, markers, crayons and glue) (Mrs. Burchett and Mrs. Taylor)
- 1 Can of Play-Doh
- 1 Pair of Earbuds (in a small Ziploc bag labeled with first and last name)

1st Grade
We are looking forward to a fun filled year in first grade. Listed below are items your child will need:
- 4 Elmer’s Large Washable Glue Sticks
- A box of 24 ct. Crayola crayons
- 1 pair of 5” blunt tip scissors
- 1 easy to open pencil and supply case to store materials (hard plastic cases seem to work best)
- 1 can of Play-Doh
- 2 Dozen sharpened #2 pencils
- 1 container of unscented baby wipes
- 2 Expo Dry Erase Marker, Chisel Tip, Black
- 2 Boxes Kleenex Tissues
- Art smock (oversized T-shirt works best)
- 1 box of sandwich sized Ziploc bags
- 1 bottle of hand sanitizer
- Headphones for computer stations
First graders have a mid-morning snack time each day. Please send a nutritious, NUT FREE snack and drink. If your child’s snack requires a spoon or fork, please send one in.
2nd Grade
The following is a list of materials your child will need in second grade. We would like the children to bring them on the first day of school.
- (3) 2-pocket plastic folders w/o clasps (red, green, yellow)
- 24 ct Crayola Crayons
- 3 Black Marble Composition Books, wide rule
- 1” hard cover 3-ring Vinyl Binder
- 5” Blunt Scissors
- 4 boxes yellow sharpened pencils, 12 ct
- 4 Small Washable Glue Sticks
- 1 plastic pencil box – 5” x 8”
- 1 hand-held pencil sharpener that holds the shavings
- 1 – 80 ct. baby wipes (Mrs. Aylor)
- 1 box tissues
- 1 sandwich size storage bags, 50 ct. (Mrs. Proctor)
- 1 Smock (old t-shirt)
We have a snack every day. Please send in a healthy, peanut free snack and drink.
3rd Grade
We are happy to know that you will be in third grade. We hope that you are planning to have a fun-filled summer. Be sure to include reading in your daily schedule. To help you get ready, here is a list of supplies that will make life in third grade easier.
- (4) 2-pocket folders w/o clasps
- Sharpened #2 pencils with erasers, 4 boxes
- 1 Pencil box – rectangular, plastic style
- 3 Black marble composition notebooks, wide rule
- 1 box of Crayola crayons (24 ct)
- 2 Elmer’s Large Washable Glue sticks
- 5” Pointed Tip Scissors
- 4 Black Expo Low Odor Dry Erase Marker Chisel Tip
- 1 clean sock to use on dry erase boards
- 1 Pencil sharpener w/receptacle
- 3 boxes of Kleenex
- 2 Yellow Highlighters, chisel tip
- Pack of Eraser Caps
- Art smock (old large t-shirt works best)
- Ear buds or headphone for computer class
- 1 box Crayola colored pencils, pre-sharpened, 8 ct.
- Disinfecting wipes (1 container)
4th Grade
- 2 Spiral Notebooks, 70 ct, wide rule (1 Blue, 1 Green)
- 3 Marble Composition Books
- (4) 2-Pocket Writing Folders (1 Blue, 1 Green, 1 Red, 1 Yellow, 1 Purple)
- No. 2 Pencils, sharpened, 12 ct. NO MECHANICAL PENCILS PLEASE
- Eraser Caps, pink latex free, 12 ct.
- 24 ct. Crayons or Colored Pencils
- 150 ct Wide Rule Filler Paper
- Transparent Tape in plastic dispenser
- 3 Boxes of Kleenex
- 1 box Expo low odor dry erase markers, chisel tip, Assorted 4 ct (black, blue, red, green)
- 1 Binder, 1 ½ “ or 2” (Mrs. Berger’s Class only)
5th Grade
*Please label supplies with student name, but please DO NOT label any subjects.
*Students will keep extra supplies in the classroom in their Ziploc bag
- 1 Trapper Keeper or Case-It
- Earbuds
- 1 three-ring pencil pouch
- 2 boxes of No. 2 pencils (please supply throughout the year as needed)
- 3 blue or black pens
- 2 pink erasers (ex. Pink Pearl)
- 4 packs of Post-it notes (3 x 3, 100 ct.)
- 3 boxes of tissues
- 3 glue sticks (*please no liquid glue)
- 4 dry erase markers
- 1 pair of student scissors
- 1 pack of colored pencils
- 2 highlighting markers (different colors)
- 1 pack of index cards (3×5, lined)
- 1 gallon Ziploc bag
- 1 pack of loose-leaf paper
- 5 pocket folders: red, blue, green, yellow, and orange

6th Grade
- 2 Highlighting Markers
- 2 boxes of Kleenex
- 1 pack of loose-leaf paper, wide ruled, 150 ct.
- 1 Stainless Steel scissors, student
- 4 small glue sticks
- No. 2 Pencils (2 boxes, sharpened)
- Pencil Case (zippered, 3 hole punched)
- Colored Pencils, pre-sharpened, 12 ct.
- 1 large container of baby wipes
- 2 Post-it notes 3 x 3, 100 ct.
- 2 Single subject spiral notebooks, 100 ct. (1 – blue, 1 – red)
Please do not label the notebooks or folders - 5 Pocket Folders with holes – 1 of each color (1 blue, 1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow, 1 orange)
- 1 sharpie marker (fine point)
- 1 box of gallon storage bags (students with last names A-M)
- 1 bottle of hand sanitizer (students with last names N-Z)
- 1 Trapper Keeper or Case-It (feel free to reuse fifth grade binder) – zipper and strap are recommended
- 1 Earbuds
- 1 Hand-held sharpener
- 1 Eraser
