On occasion pesticides, herbicides and
fertilizers may be applied periodically at our schools.
Under the Pesticide Neighbor Notification
Law, Section 409-h of the Education Law, the District is
required to maintain a list of parents/guardians and school
staff who wish to receive 48 hour advanced written notice of an
actual pesticide application in the facilities or on school
grounds.

Mark Wiegert, if you need information on how to be placed on the
Pesticide Notification list or

request form. Such requests must be renewed annually.

applications during this school year are also available by

Parents and staff are welcome to view the
Material Safety Data Sheets on all potentially hazardous
substances kept in each building. |
