Thirty-seven of Mrs. Blau's and Ms. Crosby's eighth grade students volunteered to take the National French Exam on Wednesday and Thursday, March 14 & 15. This contest is sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of French.

These French students competed against thousands of others in the Hudson Valley Chapter, which spans from Rockland County to Lake George, and nationally against more than 100,000 students. All 37 students fell in the top 30 percent nationally, and the following participants ranked in the top 10 percent in the region:

The Hudson Valley Chapter! These named students will receive special recognition and Lauréat National certificates at a ceremony to be held at Union College on Friday, June 1st. This event is sponsored by the AATF and represents the entire Hudson Valley Chapter. All 37 exam participants are to be commended on their fine results!
