April 28, 2010 - Over 100 Shaker High School students were honored at the annual Student Leadership Ceremony on Monday, April 26, in the school's auditorium.

Students who have given their time to participate in clubs and organizations are honored by the school each year at this ceremony.

This year, Shaker High School Principal Richard Murphy presented four special awards to the following Shaker High School students: Prateek Baghel, chairperson of the student board of finance, James Burr and Zosia Dunn, co-chairs of student government and Gregory Koski, co-chair of building council.

A special thank you to student government members James Burr, Zosia Dunn, Nicole Wiegman and Melissa Ashley for organizing this wonderful event.
