January 28, 2010 - On Friday, January 22nd the Loudonville Sixth Grade Student Activity Club organized the “Hats for Haiti” fundraiser. Students participated by wearing their craziest hats. The Loudonville hallways saw hats of shapes and sizes; like hamburger hats, pizza shaped hats, chickens and giraffes!

The 6th Grade Student Activity Club collected donations from students, families and staff. A check for over $1000.00 was given to the American Red Cross Haitian Relief Fund. Loudonville students were “Making the World a Little Better one Hat at a Time”.
