I am pleased to welcome our students and parents to the 2009-10 school year.

The summer has drawn to a close, and we excitedly open our doors for what we know will be another successful school year. Last year, North Colonie was ranked as the Capital Region’s top-performing school district, by The Business Review of Albany. This was the sixth time in the past nine years that North Colonie has received this honor. As a district, North Colonie strives to be fiscally prudent, as well as a leader in academic achievement.

The progress we make would not be possible without the close working relationship we have with the community we serve. We thank you for all your tremendous support.

I look forward to seeing you at some of the many student performances and activities throughout the year.
