New school year, new Web site

The latest school news and happenings is available right at the community’s fingertips with launch of the North Colonie Central School District’s new Web site on Monday, August 28.

“This new Web site is an improved tool for helping us to communicate with the entire school community,” said Superintendent of Schools Randy Ehrenberg. “We’re interested in how this is received by the community and welcome feedback.”

Some of the new features include:
• up-to-date calendar information
• meal prices and menus for all eight of our schools
• individual sections for each school that include school activities, contact information and staff directories
• directions to each school
• up-to-date information on school closings and delays
• job postings
• the latest news headlines and happenings, and much more.

The site will be updated on a continual basis, providing the school and local community with the most current information and resources possible. Make sure to add the site to your favorites and check it daily!
