On
Jan. 18, Loudonville students learned about the Underground Railroad
at the school’s Cultural Arts presentation, coinciding with Martin
Luther King, Jr. Day.
Performers Kim and Reggie Harris taught a powerful lesson through
song and story-telling about the Underground Railroad, slavery,
historical figures, and about the quest for freedom.
The event was sponsored by the school’s Parent-Teacher Association
(PTA).

entire Loudonville student body involved by clapping and singing
along to their narrative songs about slavery.
