Judge Peter Crummey presents honorary gavel to
  fifth-grade teacher

What Carter did not know was that Judge Crummey was also going to surprise her with an honorary gavel for her work in bringing knowledge of the court system to her students.

 

Carter's fifth-grade class went on a field trip recently to the Town Hall to see how the local government works.
