Shaker High School presented its spring musical, “FAME” on March 30-April 1 in the Shaker High School Auditorium.

"FAME" tells the story of several aspiring young actors, dancers, and musicians as they make their way through a grueling four years at New York City's famed High School of the Performing Arts, where only the most talented of the city's thousands of high school students are accepted. "FAME" has become one of the most popular musicals, with its upbeat Rock, Jazz, and Latin-American inspired music by Steve Margoshes and lyrics by Jacques Levy. The book "FAME" was written by Jose Fernandez.
