We are now at the mid-point in the school year, and the groundhog speaks out soon on the fate of spring. Please continue to review class and school newsletters and notifications. There will be a number of important communications in the spring for sixth graders. Our attendance has been very good thanks to healthy habits at home and school. I am so pleased with the energy and enthusiasm our students are bringing to school each day.

It is important that you contact the main office anytime your child will be absent from school, or if your contact information changes in any way. We need your help to assure that we have up to date home, cell, work and emergency contact information to facilitate timely contact in the event of any emergency involving your child. Our home-school partnership is as important as ever.

This year the Science Fair will be held on March 29. Science Fair proposals are due February 9. Thank you all for the support of our programs and the enriching opportunities offered to students through the wonderful work of the P.T.A.
