Application for Free or Reduced-Price School Meals/Milk

Applications for free or reduced-price student meals are available at the Food Service Office located in Shaker Junior High. To access an application online, click here to download the 2009-10 application (pdf document). Applications should be submitted to Melodie Marco, Food Service Director, North Colonie Central School District, 475 Watervliet-Shaker Road, Latham, NY 12110. Applications may be submitted anytime during the school year.
