Student Management Systems Coordinator

Location: Shaker High School

Effective Date(s): February 28, 2012

Minimum Qualifications:  Provisional appointment – successful candidate must take next scheduled Student Management Systems Coordinator exam and be reachable on the eligibility list to move to probationary status.
Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited or NYS registered college or university and three (3) years experience supporting and maintaining management systems applications in a school (k-12) setting.

 

Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited or NYS registered college or university and three (3) years experience in the analysis of data or data management systems OR Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited or NYS registered college or university, including completion of 24 credit hours in management information systems, computer science, information resources management, information technology or a closely related field and five (5) years experience in the analysis of data or data management systems.

Hrs./Wk: 40

Salary: $65,000 annually (Non-Instructional Administrators Association of North Colonie contract)

Comments: Responsibility for coordinating all aspects of the student management system databases used by the school district, creating and maintaining key reporting tools based on these systems, and providing training and assistance to administrators and teachers throughout the district. 12 month position (Competitive)
