CYC School-Age Childcare Registration Begins Friday, April 20

The Colonie Youth Center’s School-Age Childcare Department announces that open enrollment for the 2012-2013 school year begins at 7:00am on April 20th for before and after-school care.

 

Completed applications along with a $25 registration fee for new enrollees will start being accepted no earlier than 7:00am on April 20th at the CYC offices located at 21 Aviation Rd., Colonie. CYC’s School-Age Childcare Program has been providing safe and affordable before and after-school childcare for over 35 years. CYC is one of the largest providers of elementary and middle school care meeting the needs of nearly 900 children in a total of 13 North and South Colonie Schools each school day. Our program is designed to give children the opportunity to have fun, be socially interactive and engage in positive recreational activities. The Colonie Youth Center (CYC) is a private non-profit corporation dedicated to enhancing the living experience for all people in the greater Capital Region. CYC accomplishes this through the provision of quality child care, counseling, recreation, education, health and fitness services and programs for youth, adults and seniors.

News from CYC’s SCHOOL-AGE CHILDCARE Department:
Full Day Summer Camp - Registration opens on March 23rd !

The CYC Summer Camp program is open to all Colonie residents and non-residents. The program begins on June 25th and will run for 8 weeks. Campers can register for as little or as many weeks as they would like. CYC will operate camp at sites for grades K-8. Visit the CYC website at www.colonieyouthcenter.org for further details. Summer Day Camp registration for one of 6 locations is ongoing.

 

Before & After School Childcare Openings @ Colonie Youth Center

The Colonie Youth Center (CYC) has openings in our after school and before school programs located throughout North Colonie; particularly in the before school programs at Boght Hills and Southgate schools.
