Hindu Cultural Center of Albany to host College Admissions workshops

Want to ace the college admissions process? Need to get a head start on your college essays? Feel overwhelmed about the common applicaton process and other requirements? HCC is hosting informational college admissions/applications workshops presented by Michal Rusak geared toward college bound students. Learn about the admissions process, how to prepare applications, how to avoid common mistakes and more.

  • Date: Saturday, February 18 & Saturday, February 25
  • Time: 2-3:30 p.m.

Students grades 8 and above (and their parents) are encouraged to participate. This event is free, but donations are welcome.

Cohoes Head Start has openings for 3-4 year olds

The Head Start program in Cohoes currently has  some openings for 3- and 4-year-old children. Head Start offers a high-quality preschool program for low-income families. View the flyer for details.

Kids Express After School Program at the Maplewood School

Kids Express at the Maplewood School offers a School-Age After School program for students ages 6-12! Children enjoy a variety of age appropriate activities, including homework help, arts and crafts, and access to our full size gym and new playground! UPK at the Maplewood School

Kids Express now offers Universal Pre-K (UPK) at the Maplewood School in Watervliet! Children must be four years old by December 1st, 2016 to be eligible.
