This Duke University bound senior was the “glue” that led to the success of this year’s team, which only lost to one team all season. She was named Shaker’s “Best All-Around Athlete.”

This sophomore goalie had a great run through the team’s sectional success. He had back to back 20 save-games versus Schenectady & Guilderland.

This junior had two personal bests at the Class A Sectional Track Meet when she placed third in the long jump at 15’11” and fifth in the triple jump with 33’8”.
 

Jaquell Chandler
Boys Track

This sophomore placed second in the 400 hurdles at the Class A Sectionals with a time of 58.78. Last week he became the Suburban Council Champion in the 400 hurdles.

Girls Track

This senior placed second in the pentathlon at the Suburban Council Championships during her first attempt at this 5 event pentathlon.

This freshman pitched a complete game giving up only one run to help his team to victory over Mohonasen 8-1.

This senior took third place in the 400 meter dash at the William F. Eddy Invitational

This sophomore had an excellent defensive game at catcher. He went 2 for 2 from the plate and scored 2 runs to help his team beat Saugerties

This 8th grader won the triple jump at the Johnstown invitational with an outstanding 33’10 1/2” jump.


 

RJ Sniffen
Track & Field

This senior won the mile race at the Queensbury Invitational to help his team win the track meet. His time of 4:20.24 was a new meet record and one of the top times in NYS this season.

This junior went 2 for 4 with a run scored and an RBI to help her team defeat Mohonasen 3 – 2.

This sophomore pitched a complete game and struck out 15 batters to give his team the win over Ballston Spa 5 – 1.

This senior centerfielder helped her team defeat Niskayuna 7 – 2 with her 2 hits, 2 runs scored and 3 great catches in the outfield.

This junior had a great week in helping her team to three victories over Averill Park, Saratoga and Burnt Hills. She had 8 goals, won 11 draws and had 8 interceptions.

This senior won the Pole Vault, had a personal record of 75feet 2 inches in the discus and placed 3rd in the shot to help her team defeat Bethlehem
